Everyone on the Be Business team has been hand-picked based on strict entry criteria, this is so we can assure our clients that they will only get the best advice and support from the best talent. It is also to ensure our team that they are only working with people who they would regard as peers. Our 5 criteria for consultant selection are:
- You are already or are verging on becoming a thought leader in your field of expertise (and can prove it)
- You have held a senior management or C-Suite level position in someone else’s business
- You can demonstrate both entrepreneurship and ambition
- You have already started your own consultancy and understand how to turn your expertise into a service to be delivered into other businesses
- You are a values match for our team
