Describe your life so far in three words
Supported by kindness.
What are you most proud of?
My first success as a coach/ mentor – I was about 32 when I started mentoring my second cousin who was a school drop out and now she has a PHD in sports science.
I am proud of many things but this was significant to my career today. It helped me truly understand the power of love, support, faith, and self-esteem and what having these and not having these can do to an individual and how it impacts their behaviour.
If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would you go and why?
Greece – Mekanos and Santorini and take my hubby – wonderful place and wonderful memories when I travelled there on a girls trip away and I want to share one of my favourite place with my favourite man.
If you could only keep 5 possessions what would they be?
Assuming you are clothed – My rings, mobile phone.
How do you like to spend your free time?
Exercising – gym, walking, tennis, golf (well BC – before children)
Socialising – good quality pubs and restaurants, boating, entertaining at home
What is your strongest personal quality?
Genuine – what you see is what you get
What age do you feel right now and why?
33 – never felt older since 33, that is where I felt I knew what I loved doing, was proud and happy with me and content to take on any challenge and opportunity that life throws at me. Still feel like that at 48.
If you could witness any event of the past, present, or future, what would it be?
My children getting married to someone fabulous and they are deliriously happy about it.
What is a skill you’d like to learn and why?
Excel spreadsheets – self taught and though I manage I am sure there is a better way.
How would your friends describe you?
The more the merrier type – always up for fun
